Taking a Ferry in Seattle
Washington and the Greater Seattle area is a geographically rich and diverse area, with mountains, desert, rain forests, rivers and oceans all within reach.
Thanks to the Washington State Ferry System, not only is the Olympic Peninsula just a boat ride away (instead of a traffic slowed drive south around Tacoma), but there are seven Puget Sound and Canadian islands to explore via foot, bike, motorcycle, or car.
